You'll contribute to ending world hunger by ...

  • plan,implement and monitor Project/Program activity.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of project reports (sitreps, APRs, intermediate and final reports, and other necessary reports).
  • Ensure technical support and timely recommendations to project staff in order to maintain the coherence of technical department policies and ways of working.
  • Over-all lead in managing project team´s activities and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the grant writer and technical department in the formulation of new proposals and reports development.
  • Participate in meetings with the relevant stakeholders and sector working groups concerning humanitarian relief support.
  • To assist to response support manager in the participation and positioning of AAH in the different space of external coordination with donors and others.
  • Ensure projects/programs are coordinated with relevant agencies and stakeholders in sectors where AAH working.
  • To ensure the efficient and effective management of the staff of assigned projects/programs.
  • To contribute developing and implementing FSL and WASH strategies and programming in the mission.

Key activities in your role will include

  • To ensure project implementation in Hassakeh according to AAH and humanitarian agreed standards and protocols, as well as to validated plans.
  • To ensure the efficient and effective management of the staff of assigned projects/programs in Hassakeh.
  • To contribute developing and implementing FSL and WASH strategies and programming in Hassakeh.

Do you meet the profile required criteria ?

  • Bachelor degree in any relevant field.
  • Knowledge of Project Cycle Management
  • Very good command of both Arabic and English languages.
  • Very good Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Ability to work a diversity of individuals or groups.
  • Results focused with clear action plans.
  • Work under pressure with very tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability to sudden changes.
  • Excellent Organization and Planning skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to travel.
