You'll contribute to ending world hunger by ...

Responsible for coordination and follow up of financial audits.

  • Responsible for ensuring the compliance of program intervention with donors? regulation and requirements.
  • Coordination of logistics issues within the Program.

Key activities in your role will include

  • Reviewing the existing documentation and its compliance with the donor?s requirements.
  • Setting up coordination and preventive control for project documentations including implementing partners.
  • Development and follow up improvement plan.
  • Assisting other members of the team when needed.
  • Draft risk analysis reports including recommendations.
  • Follow-up on the implementation of the recommendations/actions.
  • Coordination of internal or external financial audit.
  • Acting as a key player on communicating.
  • Responsible for the archiving of all documentation related to the program according to AAH archiving procedures.
  • Conduct and lead coordination meetings among all logistics focal points.
  • Compile and share all the final reports to the program manager as required.
  • Act as focal point for program staff (logistics focal points) regarding compliance in procurement.
  • Ensure all procurement is conducted in compliance with the donor?s guidelines.
  • Timely inform the line manager of risks and challenges regarding procurement and propose solutions and actions to improve.
  • Prepare necessary reports and communications to donor, such as derogations, changes in the context that might influence or modify procurement processes along the intervention.
  • Ensure that all procurement plans of partners are available on time and procurement is done as planned
  • Receive and analyses procurement plans of all partners and create, administrate and share monthly reports related to Logistics, namely.

  Do you meet the profile required criteria?

  • University degree in Management, Finance or related field.
  • Deep Knowledge of donors regulation and requirements.
  • Humanitarian sector knowledge Desirable.
  • Good communication skills.
  • organized and methodical.
  • proactive-demonstrates the ability to foresee problems and prevent them by taking action.
  • Good Knowledge of windows office package.
  • Mobility Occasional travels might be required.

 Our remuneration package:

As per Syria Mission Salary Scale.
